Delete Your Account via the App
Open Settings
Tap the profile icon in the bottom navigation, then tap the gear icon or "Settings"
Go to Account
Scroll down and tap "Account" to view account management options
Request Deletion
Tap "Delete Account" and confirm your decision. You may provide an optional reason.
30-Day Grace Period
Your account will be scheduled for deletion after 30 days. You can cancel anytime during this period.
Alternative: Request via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email. Include your registered phone number for verification.

- Download any health records you want to keep first
- Cancel any pending appointments
- Ensure all payments are completed or refunded
- Account deletion is irreversible after the 30-day grace period

Cancel Deletion Request
Changed your mind? During the 30-day grace period, simply log back into the app and tap "Cancel Deletion Request" on the notification banner. Your account will be fully restored.
